NSD PayrollCanadian payroll and compliance operations

FAQ

Answer buyer questions without turning the public site into a login gateway.

These answers stay tied to the real current product scope: payroll operations, compliance workflows, employee document access, and guided rollout conversations.

Who is NSD Payroll built for?

NSD Payroll is designed for Canadian employer teams that need payroll, paystubs, T4, ROE, remittance, WCB, reporting, and employee document access in one product surface.

Does NSD Payroll support employee document access?

Yes. The current product supports employee access to paystubs, records of employment, T4 slips, and read-only profile details through the employee workspace.

Can the product handle year-end compliance work?

Yes. The active repo includes T4 workflow support, ROE workflow support, remittance tracking, WCB tracking, and employer reporting surfaces.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is contact-based for now. Conversations are typically shaped by team size, payroll complexity, compliance workflow needs, and rollout/support expectations.

Do new customers self-serve onboarding today?

Not yet. The product already supports the core employer, employee, and compliance workflows, but buyer onboarding still runs through a guided contact and rollout process.

Does the public site expose internal implementation details?

No. Public pages stay at the product and workflow level. Internal infrastructure, configuration, and implementation details remain off the public surface.
